I Came Up With Evolution (Part II)

So what’s become of the dinosaurs? Trust me, I did my fair share of research. First of all, I want to praise God for home school! Because at home I can learn the TRUTH, you heard me…the TRUTH! I am no scientist by any means so my approach on this subject is kinda…oh, I dunno…maybe from the perspective of a teen girl? (Duhh!)
Anyway, let me cut straight to the point…if that’s possible. I guess you should know I watched a 2-hour seminar by creation scientist Dr. Kent Hovind (no lie) and here I am trying to think of how to squish this topic into a few simple sentences!
(Thinking…hmmm)
Okay, here goes. Dinosaurs shrunk. A long time ago, (not millions or billions of years ago; more like 4,300 years ago [according to Dr. Osgood in www.answersingenesis.org]) the world became so wicked that God decided He was going to destroy all mankind except for one God-fearing man and his family…Noah (Gen. 6:1-8).
Grab your King James Version Bible and review some of these interesting facts:

1: In Genesis chapter 1:6-7, God made the ‘firmament’ (a.k.a. sky); the sky, He created to separate the waters from the waters? Huh? Creation Scientists believe that there was a ‘water canopy’ that surrounded the earth’s atmosphere to protect life from the sun’s rays. The sky separated the waters above from the waters beneath (oceans).

2: Another fact we should point out is that life before the Flood was very different. For one, people lived to be 900+ years old and so did the animals! Don’t believe it? Read Genesis chapter 5.

3: Reptiles never stop growing. So based on fact #2, if the animals lived for long periods of time then that means that the reptiles had plenty of time to grow…and grow…and grow…and grow on, (Get the idea?).

After the flood the water canopy was no longer there and so the lifespan of both man and animal was affected. The reptiles no longer lived hundreds of years at a time. Therefore, we conclude that dinosaurs were literally cut short by their shortened lifespan!
